HOW GOD LOVES YOU!

Oh, How God Loves You! For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. John 3:16.

When Adam and Eve rebelled against God with their arrogant disobedience, He would have been just and righteous to destroy them and start over with a new creation. But instead, because of His unfathomable love, He promised that He would provide a Savior. The Savior would be the enemy of Satan, the One who would destroy him and his evil work and save Adam and Eve and their descendants. Sin is detestable beyond description to the Father, who is perfect in holiness. Every sin of humanity is a hateful display of arrogance and rebellion against God. Would you consider sacrificing your precious, beloved child to save people who show their hatred of you every day—people who defy you and belittle all you have given them? Of course you wouldn’t! But your heavenly Father, the God of all creation, loves you with a love so great that He did sacrifice His one and only Son so you could be saved. His love is so great that no human can imagine it. Oh, how He loves you! I know, because I am one with Him, and I share His love for you.

May they be brought to complete unity to let the world know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me. John 17:23.

Secretly Do Good Watch out! Don’t do your good deeds publicly, to be admired by others, for you will lose the reward from your Father in heaven. When you give to someone in need, don’t do as the hypocrites  do—blowing  trumpets  in  the  synagogues  and streets to call attention to their acts of charity!
