MY JOY OVERFLOWING...

 My Joy Overflowing in Your Life  These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full. John 15:11. 

Knowing that I was about to be arrested, My grieving disciples were shocked to hear Me talk about a new kind of joy they could experience after I was taken away. I told them it would be joy so great that it would cause their joy to overflow. It’s a joy that creates peace, contentment, and a type of happiness that the world can’t explain. It is My joy, and I’m offering it to you. It’s a joy that no person, no circumstance, and no power on earth will ever be able to take away from you. To receive it, you must abide in My love in the same way that I abide in My Father’s love. I abide in My Father’s love by obeying His commands, and you abide in My love by obeying My commands. If you are not experiencing My joy, it’s not because of your circumstances; it’s because you are not hearing My commands and obeying them. If you will begin to discover and do what I say, you will receive My joy, and your joy will be full.

I have loved you even as the Father has loved me. Remain in my love. When you obey my commandments, you remain in my love, just as I obey my Father’s commandments and remain in his love. John 15:9–10.

Secretly Do Good Watch out! Don’t do your good deeds publicly, to be admired by others, for you will lose the reward from your Father in heaven. When you give to someone in need, don’t do as the hypocrites  do—blowing  trumpets  in  the  synagogues  and streets to call attention to their acts of charity! The Right Way to Give. But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your giving may be  in  secret.  Then  your  Father,  who  sees  what  is  done  in secret, will reward you.
