 Preserving Righteousness in Your World.

You are the salt of the earth. But what good is salt if it has lost its flavor? Can you make it salty again? Matthew 5:13.

My Father’s ways are as far above the ways of humanity as heaven is above earth. His loving-kindness, righteousness, and judgment are beyond human imagination. He has chosen you to be a vessel of His nature. He has given you the Holy Spirit to empower you to overcome the values and influences of the world. You are His salt on the earth. By living in His love and righteousness, you are the preservative of His values in a world that ignores and even despises Him and all that He stands for. If you stop being that preservative, you are setting aside one of your great callings and purposes on earth. People will judge the Father and Me by your behavior. This is why it is so important that you stay salty. Your righteousness can make a difference in the values of those you influence. Your loving-kindness can cause others to want to be more loving, like you. And your just treatment of others can influence them to be just in their treatment of others. Child, you are the salt of the earth. Stay close to Me!

Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven. Matthew 5:16.
