Freely You Have Received Freely you Freely have received, freely give. Matthew 10:8.

My dear child, what have you received from the Father and from Me? You were dead in sin and had no hope of eternal life. But We raised you from the dead and gave you eternal life. We replaced your hopelessness with a confident hope. When you deserved My Father’s wrath, He showed you undeserved mercy. We forgave all your sins—all of them! Even now We continue to grant you forgiveness every day. When you have been wounded, We have shown you compassion. We show you never-ending patience. We have listened to every cry of your heart, even when you couldn’t express yourself with words. We have met all your needs throughout your life. We have protected you from countless dangers, threats, and consequences. I have shared My life and My heart with you. I agonized on the cross for you. I became your sins. I endured the terrible pain of separation from the Father so I could separate you from the power, condemnation, and consequences of your sin. I paid your debt in its entirety. The Father and I have loved you unconditionally and beyond degree. That is why I want you to freely extend to others everything you have received from the Father and Me.

Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you. John 20:21.

Secretly Do Good Watch out! Don’t do your good deeds publicly, to be admired by others, for you will lose the reward from your Father in heaven. When you give to someone in need, don’t do as the hypocrites  do—blowing  trumpets  in  the  synagogues  and streets to call attention to their acts of charity! I tell you the truth, they have received all the reward they will ever get. Matthew 6:1–2. I have called you to follow Me. The Right Way to Give. But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your giving may be  in  secret.  Then  your  Father,  who  sees  what  is  done  in secret, will reward you. Matthew 6:3–4. I know you want to be more like Me. And yet the enemy of your soul whispers to you that it’s hopeless, that you aren’t good enough and you don’t have the power to change. He’s a liar!
